While we understand that life happens and emergencies occur, we ask for a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This courtesy helps us accommodate other clients who may want to fill that time slot. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellations within 24 hours: Appointments that are canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-call, no-show: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are going to be late, please let your stylist know. You may be asked to reschedule your appointment or forego parts of the scheduled service if you are more than 15 minutes late.
